Hi! I’m Caitlin Gonzalez. Based in Raleigh, NC, I work across time zones while crafting boutique-level resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. I am your career storyteller and personal brander, helping you fulfill your purpose in a job that inspires you.
Life is too short for a job that you think is “just fine”, or worse, you dread. I, myself, spent years in a career that wasn’t the right fit for me, always feeling like there had to be more. More to life than going through the motions, more than working for a paycheck, more than just doing it all over again the next day with no passion. I felt called somewhere else, to do something else, where I could be who I was created to be and contribute what I was meant to contribute. If you feel the same and want change, I beg you not to settle. Or, maybe you love what you do, and are enthusiastically ready for the next chapter, but need help getting that door open with a strong resume and interview prep. No matter where you are in your career story, I am here to champion your success!
My heart was telling me to write (it has been since I was a kid, when my poetry was selected to be published at age 12). Further, Meyers Briggs tells me I’m an INFJ, and I’m also an empath – a natural advocate and counsel to those around me, looking for deep, meaningful, creative work. That’s why I LOVE what I do now. I wake up excited each day to help you find what makes you happy in your career. Nothing is better to me than when you look at your new resume or LinkedIn and feel a wave of confidence and assurance, or when you get that call back for your dream job offer.
Black, the way the coffee gods intended.
